How do I place an order?
  1. Browse our store to find the products you are interested in ordering by visiting
  2. Select the desired product(s), pick your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
    When you have selected your products and you are ready to checkout, hover over your shopping bag and click “View Cart”. Confirm you have all the desired products and “Proceed to Checkout”.
  3. Input your shipping and billing information. Once all the required fields are filled, select “Complete Checkout”.
  4. Check the order confirmation email sent to you for further instructions on sending a payment via Interac E-transfer. Orders will only be processed after the payment has been received.
  5. Once the payment has been received, our fulfillment team will process the order and it will be shipped out within 1 business day. You will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number.
Are there any order requirements?

Ordering Requirements:

  • You must be over the age of 19 years
  • Minimum order of $50 or above
  • Provide a valid Canadian shipping address
Can I edit or cancel an order?

We can edit or cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

The only payment method we accept is Interac E-transfer. When we have received your payment the order will be shipped within 1 business day.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, all products will be charged GST/HST. The tax amounts will vary depending on provincial rates.

What are your shipping rates?

We charge $25 flat rate for Canada Post Xpresspost delivery and we offer FREE shipping on orders of $99+.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received.

How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada. All items are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost and your package is generally expected to arrive in 1-3 business days. An additional 1-2 business days may be required for rural locations.

How is my order packaged?

We ship safely and discreetly. Your orders are sealed in scent proof boxes to keep the order as discreet as possible.

Why is my tracking number not working?

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not been updated, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • We are enroute to ship your package and it hasn’t been scanned at the post office yet
  • The package has been dropped off at the post office but the clerk has not scanned or missed the scan on the package. The next scan will be later in the day at the processing center
  • Canada Post tracking system has a glitch with the tracking number
    • Don’t worry, once the package is in Canada Post system it’s already making its way towards you. Expect delivery within 2-3 business days depending on your location in Canada
Canada Post shows package is Delivered but I haven't received it

There are number of reasons why your package may have been set to “Successfully Delivered”.

Often your item has not been lost or stolen, just delayed in delivery:

  • Postal worker scanned all packages they have in possession as delivered and will spend the next 1-2 business days completing the delivery
  • Postal worker has placed the package in the wrong mailbox. We highly recommend you checking with your neighbour.
  • Please note, we are not liable for mistakes caused by Canada Post such has your package being delivered to the wrong address

If you have not received your package within 48 hours after the “Successfully Delivered” status, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post which takes about 5-7 business days.

How does your points system work?

Each new member gets 200 points (after completing first purchase) for signing up. For each $1 you spend with us, you get one point. (This doesn’t include shipping costs or taxes). For every 20 points you accumulate, you earn a $1 discount which you can apply to any future orders with us.

Do you offer referral points?

Yes, when a new customer places an order through your referral link, you will receive 500 points ($25 value) and your referral will receive $25 off their order.

Please note that the referral points are not updated in your account until your referral’s order has been completed.

How do I use my points?

When viewing the items in your cart or completing the checkout process, there will be an option to redeem the available points towards your order. Please note that your reward points cannot be combined with any other coupons used with your order.
